Draw a rectangular mesh region

Click the Create Rectangular Mat Boundary tool in the Select toolbar.
The mouse pointer changes to the Rectangle tool pointer.
- Click the first vertex of the rectangle and hold down the left mouse button. A rectangle is "rubber banded" to the initial point from your mouse pointer. This indicates the potential new region edge for the subsequent point.
- Drag the mouse diagonally to the furthest corner of the rectangle.

Release the mouse button over the second point.
